About Us
Berkshire Lane Development Partners (“BLDP”) is a real estate development and investment management firm based in Dallas, TX formed to scale a business that focuses on ground up development and ownership of multifamily properties. The BLDP team consists of two members with over +56 years of combined experience successfully developing, constructing, and capitalizing multi-family real estate projects through multiple real estate cycles.
Berkshire Lane Development Partners’ investment strategy is to invest in and develop multifamily housing in key secondary sun belt markets.

Jason Bradshaw
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Jason is a native of Oklahoma City with over 25 years of experience developing real estate through multiple cycles. Most recently he served as managing partner of White River Development Partners, where he led the ground up development and construction of over 1,500 market rate and affordable multifamily units in partnership with institutional and high net worth partners as well as local municipalities. Prior to White River Development Partners, Jason was a founding partner of Colony Partners which focused on development and value-add acquisition/rehab projects in DFW and Oklahoma. Earlier in his career Jason was in the real estate investment banking group at JP Morgan.

Chris Clayton
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Chris has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, finance, and capital markets in the public and private environments. Most recently he served as the CFO of JPI, DFW’s largest multifamily developer, and prior to that Head of Capital Markets for Forest City Realty Trust, an $11 billion publicly traded NYSE REIT. While at Forest City Realty Trust, Chris capitalized (equity & debt) over $10B of projects (in multiple asset classes) over an 18-year period, in addition to raising capital at the corporate level. Earlier in his career Chris was in the real estate investment banking group at JP Morgan.
